Arrival at the Hanoi International airport, where after completing the visa procedures, we will meet our guide, who will welcome us and escort us to the hotel to check-in. Rest of the afternoon free to rest or discover the city on your own. Accommodation.
DAY 4º SAT 16 JUN HANOI
Breakfast. Today we will visit the city of Hanoi; current capital of Vietnam and the only city in Asia for its tree-lined avenues, its French colonial architecture and its oriental temples, a mixture very difficult to find.
The visit includes a stop at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex, which includes the house where he spent his last days, and the famous one-pillar pagoda, exuberant with its lotus flower shape and symbol of Vietnam. Next, we will visit the Temple of Literature – built in the 10th century and considered the 1st University of Vietnam. It is a tribute to the Confucius teacher. Lunch (local restaurant) Then, we move to the Hoan Kiem Lake where we can walk around and visit the old quarter of Hanoi and visit its busy streets aboard a popular xy clo – 1 – hour trip. Then we will go to the Temple of the Legendary Turtle (Ngoc Son) that keeps some mysteries of the culture of the North of Vietnam. Then we will move to the Museum of Ethnology, to learn more about the minorities of the country, and which houses several collections of vestiges and great works of local art. Back in the center, we will stop to take pictures of Tran Quoc and Quan Thanh Pagodas, both of great importance to local people, and very visited by families and young people, especially on holidays. DAY 5º SUN 17 JUN HANOI / HALONG BAY
Breakfast. Transfer of 160 kilometers (by private car, with a guide) to the east towards Halong Bay, through a beautiful scenic landscape (the journey takes about 3 and a half hours and a technical stop will be made along the way). Upon arrival in Halong Bay, board a traditional junk for an unforgettable cruise where you will visit some islets and caves. They will also have the possibility to swim or use the kayak (not included) around the beach of Soi Sim / Titov. After a brief introduction, you will be served the welcome lunch with seafood from the area. In the afternoon, on the way back, our chef will teach a Vietnamese cooking class on the deck. Admire meanwhile, the sunset over the bay, enjoy a massage in the Spa (not included) or have fun on the terrace of the bar with our happy hour. A delicious dinner will be served on board. DAY 6º MON 18TH JUNE HALONG / DANANG / HOI AN (FLIGHT INCLUDED)
Breakfast on board with tea and pasta. Begin today with a Tai Chi master class on the reed deck with some of Vietnam’s finest masters as the ship continues to navigate slowly through the beautiful landscapes offered by the Bay. Then we will take you to know the “Cueva de la Surpresa”, the most beautiful and largest of the bay. Back on board, we will enjoy a full brunch just before disembarking. Arrival at Halong pier and transfer to Hanoi airport to take the flight to Danang. Upon arrival, our guide and driver will take you to the hotel in Hoi An. Dinner. Accommodation.
DAY 7º TUE 19 JUN HOI AN
Breakfast. In the morning, we will make a walk on foot to discover this historic village that between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries was a prosperous port city. Today, it brims with life and combines a series of very attractive features for the visitor. The visit includes the local market of Hoi An, where you can experience the different aromas of the local products – some of them new to us -; the old house of Tan Ky, dating from the nineteenth century and with strong Chinese, Japanese and European influence, the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, considered of great architectural and cultural importance in Hoi An, and to finish, the legendary covered Japanese bridge, with more than 400 years of history Also enjoy how local residents produce silk for the Hoi An textile industry in a local factory. DAY 8º WED 20 JUN HOI AN / MY SON / DANANG / SIEM REAP (FLIGHT INCLUDED)
Breakfast. In the morning, transfer to the city of Champa Empire, My Son (by private car, with guide), located about 45km from Hoi An where you will visit some of the famous ruins left by the local tribes that inhabited the place. Return to Hoi An and lunch en route. In the afternoon, transfer to Danang airport (by private car, with a guide) to take a flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, our guide and driver will welcome you and take you to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 9 THUR JUNE 21 SIEM REAP / ANGKOR THOM / TA PHROM / SIEM REAP
Breakfast. You will visit the city of Angkor Thom in the morning, which houses more than 100 temples of which the most important visit: the Bayon temple, the King Leper’s Terrace, Baphuon, Elephant Terrace, The Phimeanakas and 12 Prasat Suor Prat Towers. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon we will visit Ta Phrom, known as Tomb Raider, Banteay Kdei, Ta Keo, Chau Thommanon and Svay Thevoda, all of great architectural beauty. Lunch (local restaurant) In the end, the circuit will end with the architectural wonder of Angkor Wat – a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Enjoy the magnificent sunset if the weather allows it. Return to the hotel and dinner at a local restaurant with an Apsara dance show. Accommodation.
DAY 10 FRI 22 JUN SIEM REAP / TONLE LAKE SAP / BANGKOK
Breakfast. In the morning you will have the opportunity to visit by boat the floating village of Kompong Phluk, on the outskirts of Siem Reap, where the locals live in houseboats. Return to the city and transfer to the airport for the flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival, our guide and driver will take you to the hotel and free time. Accommodation.
DAY 11th SAT 23 JUN BANGKOK
Breakfast. Visit the essential points of Bangkok; we will proceed to our first stop: the temple of Wat Traimit that houses the great golden Buddha supposedly made from 5.5 tons of this material; Our next stop will be in the most magnificent building complex in Bangkok: the Grand Palace and the associated temple of Wat Phra Kaew, where we will see the sacred Emerald Buddha, together with the impressive architecture and buildings of the Grand Palace. The oldest temple we will visit in this tour will be Wat Pho, which houses the majestic Reclining Buddha and which is also home to traditional Thai massage. After the visit, return to the hotel and free afternoon. In the evening, you can enjoy a dinner in the Silom Village (transfer to the restaurant included, without guide), an authentic Thai village, of great historical value where you can taste the authentic Thai cuisine.
