LARCO MUSEUM, Considered a MUST SEE Museum by all travel editors and specialists and undoubtedly one of the top museums in Latin America. Located in an 18th century vice-royal mansion built over a VIIth century pre-columbian pyramid Museo Larco is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The museums’ new galleries exhibit the finest and most comprehensive Peruvian pre-Columbian gold and silver collection in the world; as well as the renowned Erotic Pottery Collection.

NATIONAL MUSEUM OF ARCHAEOLOGY AND HISTORY OF PERU, located in a Viceroyal mansion, former residence to Viceroys and Libertadors. Here we will see the famous stone monuments from the formative age (1000 b.c.), the “Estela Raimondi” and “Tello Obelisk”.In its various rooms we will see the most important collections from the pre–ceramic period up to the Inca period.
